Ask for the release date and time, release reason, destination, receiving agency, and booking record. Request an electronic copy and an estimate before costs are incurred.

The Mississippi Department of Corrections is the proper source for a state sentence, a Noxubee County Community Work Center resident, parole, earned-release supervision, or a discharge certificate. MDOC requires public-record requests in writing and does not accept them by telephone.
