Nature of the Site

This site is a private reference resource that points toward Noxubee County and Mississippi inmate, jail, release, supervision, and court-record channels. It does not store official records, confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file documents with an agency. Some pages connect visitors with independent research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is conditioned on responsible, lawful conduct. A user must not:

• Break a federal, state, or local law through use of the site.
• Use information to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm another person.
• Use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
• Attempt to reach accounts, systems, or data without authorization.

No Consumer Reports

Noxubee County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither it nor advertising partners provide screening services. Users agree that information will not be used for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links Beyond This Site

Links lead to sheriff and corrections pages, court and release-record sources, legal resources, federal locators, and outside search services. A link is provided for convenience and is not an endorsement. This site does not control a destination's content, privacy practices, data handling, availability, or terms.

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." No warranty is made that:

• Information is complete, accurate, or current.
• Service will be continuous or always available.
• Code is free from errors, defects, or security weaknesses.
• A partner search will return every relevant record.

Custody data and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from Noxubee County, MDOC, a court, or another agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside service.

User Indemnification

Mississippi Governing Law

Mississippi law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction within Mississippi.

Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in force. The affected provision will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it enforceable.
